چکیده
The aim of the current study was to investigate morphological and histological effects Bisphenol A on chicken Ross 308 during embryonic development total 150 eggs were randomly divided into five groups: negative control, positive control injected with con oil treatment groups administered different concentrations (0.005, 0.02 0.1 microliters/egg). second day incubation evaluation conducted days 10 21 incubation. Our results showed abnormal observations at both ages including skin redness, presence hemorrhagic spots head around eyes, congenital anomalies in upper lower limbs, chick lethargy inflammation, particularly caudal region. Additionally, there a clear paralysis aged days. Microscopically, changes liver structure representing congestion central vein, mild focal intercellular hepatocytes, few necrosis atrophy hepatic cords. At 21, also dispersed hemorrhagic, inflammatory infiltration slight proliferation Kupffer cells, fatty degeneration, irregularity hepatocytes cords as well cloudy swelling.

Maternal effects are important in epigenetic determination of offspring phenotypes during all life stages. In the chicken (Gallus gallus domesticus), transgenerational transfer of egg yolk factors may set the stage for morphological and physiological phenotypic differences observed among breeds. To investigate the effect of breed-specific yolk composition on embryonic broiler and layer chicken ...
